Get Close To Your Customer

Getting close to your customer or market is important for so many reasons.  Here is an article from TechCrunch that discusses this in the context of emerging markets - but this is important in every market!  And, in your markets - I'm sure you have a long tail - let's consider these your own emerging markets.  Get close to them!
